After spending much of the past few years focusing on side projects Lightning Dust and Pink Mountaintops, Vancouver psych rockers Black Mountain have reemerged with their third LP Wilderness Heart, due to be released September 14th on Jagjaguwar. Recorded across the West Coast, at studios in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Vancouver, the band used two producers, Randall Dunn (Boris) and D. Sardy (Spoon, LCD Soundsystem). The label’s offering a free download of a track culled from the album titled “Old Fangs.” All they ask for in return is an email address.
