Sad news today: Bobby Womack has been diagnosed with early stage Alzheimer’s. In an interview with BBC 6 music, the R&B stalwart (who released The Bravest Man in the Universe last year) revealed his diagnoses. “The doctor said, ‘You have signs of Alzheimer’s,’ he recounted. “He said it’s not bad yet, but it’s going to get worse. How can I not remember songs I wrote? That’s frustrating.”
