Bon Iver
Bon Iver (the project of Justin Vernon) have shared a cryptic new trailer. What it’s a trailer for is unclear, although perhaps a new album is about to be announced. The trailer features images of nature and chronicles the various seasons of the year via a voice over and the title of the YouTube video is “Sincerity is Forever in Season.” At the end is says the band’s name in big letters, with “Coming Soon” written underneath. It also says “Keep it Restaurant,” whatever that means. Watch it below, followed by the band’s upcoming tour dates.
Last month Bon Iver shared two new songs, “Hey, Ma” and “U (Man Like),” via videos for each track. “U (Man Like)” was one of our Songs of the Week. They also announced some new tour dates and launched a new website (www.icommai.com). The songs feature a slew of special guests, including Jenn Wasner of Wye Oak and Flock of Dimes, Moses Sumney, and Bruce Hornsby.
Vernon had this to say about the songs in a previous press release: “This project began with a single person, but throughout the last 11 years, the identity of Bon Iver has bloomed and can only be defined by the faces in the ever growing family we are.”
Bon Iver’s last album was 2016’s 22, A Million.

Kind of a long time since the last album. I’m guessing one is due out soon. Maybe after the tour. Bummer there is no Michigan stop!
