Bradford Cox Gives Away Atlas Sound Album
Covers Bob Dylan/Kurt Vile
Nov 22, 2010
Atlas Sound
Today, Bradford Cox—aka he of ridiculously prolific musical output—released a new Atlas Sound album via the Deerhunter blog, a landing spot for his work with main band Deerhunter, solo work as Atlas Sound, or anything else in between. Cox posted the eleven-track freebie Bedroom Databank Vol 1. with little fanfare or additional comment. He was kind enough to note that “Freak Train” is a Kurt vile cover, while “This Wheel’s on Fire” was originally a Bob Dylan tune. Download the whole opus here.
