Celebrate 50th Anniversary

The Beach Boys
Nostalgia once again demonstrating its cure-all effects, The Beach Boys have announced that they will be celebrating their 50th anniversary with a true reunion. Hinted at after the recent release of the original, long-in-limbo Smile Sessions, Brian Wilson has once again joined the ranks of the surviving band. In addition to a 50-date world tour and the reissuing of old works, the band has already started work on an as-of-yet untitled new album scheduled for release next year. In a press release, Wilson says, “This anniversary is special to me because I miss the boys and it will be a thrill for me to make a new record and be on stage with them again.” Check out a clip of “Do It Again” below.
