Already scheduled as the event’s Keynote Speaker, Bruce Springsteen has revealed that he will now also take part in a special musical performance with the E Street Band at this year’s SXSW Festival. According the SXSW website the gig is scheduled to take place at an as-of-yet undisclosed and “intimate” venue on March 15, with admittance to be determined by a ticket lottery.

From Monday, March 12 through Wednesday, March 14, eligible badge and wristband holders are allowed to go to any of the four Connection Centers in the Austin Convention Center to the enter the drawing, where they can have their RFID tags scanned. Individual winners will then be sent an email with further instructions on Thursday, March 15. Head over here to check out the additional details of the lottery.

For those continuing to follow The Boss’s daily promotional streams, you can also head over to Mashable to listen to the title track of the upcoming Wrecking Ball out March 6.
