Bruce Springsteen has announced some more dates in “The River Tour.” The shows go down this August and September and are mainly on the East Coast, apart from a show in Chicago on August 28. As usual, The Boss is backed by The E Street Band (Roy Bittan - piano, synthesizer; Nils Lofgren - guitar, vocals; Patti Scialfa - guitar, vocals; Garry Tallent - bass guitar; Stevie Van Zandt - guitar, vocals; and Max Weinberg - drums; with Soozie Tyrell - violin, guitar, vocals; Jake Clemons - saxophone; and Charlie Giordano - keyboards). The tour is in honor of 2015’s box set, The Ties That Bind: The River Collection, which celebrated the 35th anniversary of Springsteen’s 1980 album The River. The dates are below.
