CHVRCHES Announce Second Album, “Every Open Eye,” First Single to Premiere Today

Scottish electronic pop trio CHVRCHES have announced the title, release date, cover art, and tracklist for their much anticipated second album, the follow-up to 2013’s beloved The Bones of What You Believe. Every Open Eye was self-produced by the band in their Glasgow studio and is due out September 25 via Glassnote. The band confirmed this information on their Tumblr page.
The band recommends you follow a new Instagram account for the album (www.instagram.com/every.open.eye/) for info on when you can hear the first single. “Leave a Trace” briefly showed up on YouTube this morning, but was swiftly taken down. NME reports that the song will premiere on BBC Radio 1 tonight (U.K. time).
