After a stint as the U.K.’s favorite “Doctor” in ongoing series Doctor Who, David Tennant is heading stateside. The Scottish actor is set to star in Fright Night (remake of the 1985 film), joining Toni Collette, Anton Yelchin (Chekov in the recent Star Trek reboot, Kyle Reese in Terminator: Salvation), Colin Farrell, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Kick-Ass, Superbad). In it, Tennant stars as Peter Vincent, a Las Vegas-based magician and “vampire expert” who turns out to be less than helpful in a pinch.
