Dirty Projectors Tease “Hi Custodian” Film

Sometime later this year the Dirty Projectors will release a film entitled Hi Custodian. Directed by frontman Dave Longstreth, the movie will include music from the group’s upcoming new album Swing Lo Magellan and star members of the band. Today a teaser trailer for the flick has premiered, featuring the song “Just From Chevron,” and looking stylistically similar to the band’s recently released music video for “Gun Has No Trigger.” Click below to watch. Swing Lo Magellan is out July 10 in the U.S. and July 9 internationally.
