Dirty Projectors were supposed to be releasing a new self-titled album this Friday via Domino, but instead they’ve decided to release it three days early and make it available now. You can now stream the album below via Spotify or Apple Music. The band also played the full album on vinyl via a Facebook live post today and you can watch video of that below. Main creative force Dave Longstreth said in a Twitter post today: “Been 4 years, 7 months & 11 days- long enough! 3 days early, preorders are in the mail & the album in stores. Dirty Projectors is out today.” Today he also hand-delivered a vinyl copy of the album to one of their fans, named Rozette, chosen from the pre-orders (see a photo below).

Previously we were treated to the song “Up in Hudson” and videos for “Keep Your Name,” “Little Bubble,” and “Cool Your Heart” (feat. D∆WN and co-written by Longstreth and Solange).
