
Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros to Play Libbey Bowl For Benefit Concert

Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros announced today that will be performance a special benefit concert at Libbey Bowl in Ojai, CA on Sept. 6 to benefit The Ojai Valley Community Nursey School. The west coast town had previously served as the band’s homebase for a time while working on their sophomore album Here.
Frontman Alex Ebert described it as being “a wonderful thing to be able to give back to this special community with this benefit concert.”
In addition to the show, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros have invited their fans to help create the band’s next official music video for any song on their album. With entries submitted before Aug. 31, the winner of the conttest will receive $5,000, with two runner-ups receiving $1,000 each. Willing filmmakers can click here to find out more.
