Elbow have announced a new album (their seventh) and some tour dates. Very little info on the album has been revealed beyond the release date of February 3, 2017, but we do know that it will be the Manchester, England band’s first album without drummer and founding member Richard Jupp, who left the band earlier this year to focus on other creative projects, including his drum school.
The tour dates are all in the U.K. and go down next February and March. Tickets go on sale this Friday, October 7, at 9 AM U.K. time. The dates are below. Also below are various in-the-studio Instagram videos and photos the band has posted recently.
Elbow’s last album was 2014’s The Take Off and Landing of Everything, although last year frontman Guy Garvey released his debut solo album, Courting the Squall.
