Making a return after her 2011 debut Past Life Martyred Saints, Erika M. Anderson, a.k.a. EMA, has announced that she will release her sophomore follow-up this spring on her label home, Matador. The new LP titled, The Future’s Void features a newly premiered song called “Satellites” in an unofficial video. In the YouTube description Anderson writes “‘Satellites’ explores the places where everyone has equal access but is also under constant surveillance. A young westerner imagines life in the former Soviet Bloc. We fought the wars with information. Outer space seems very cold.” Click below to listen to the track.
