Fever Ray (aka Karin Dreijer, formerly one half of the Swedish duo The Knife) released a new album, Plunge, digitally last fall after only announcing it the day before its release (with a physical release planned for February 23 via Mute). Now she has shared a video for “IDK About You.” Martin Falck directed the video, which is part VII in a series of interconnected videos and centers on a strange cult, as well featuring her new touring band. The album is Fever Ray’s first since 2009’s self-titled debut album and includes “To the Moon and Back,” a new song she shared prior to the album announcement via a strange video. Dreijer also shared a long statement kind of about the album (but more about love and relationships), which you can read here. Then she shared a video for “Mustn’t Hurry” that mainly featured Dreijer in strange white makeup examining a metal speculum medical tool. Plus there was a video for “Wanna Sip.”

Plunge was mainly recorded in Karin Dreijer’s Stockholm studio. Dreijer collaborated with various producers on the album, including Paula Temple, Deena Abdelwahed, NÍDIA, Tami T, Peder Mannerfelt, and Johannes Berglund.
