Wye Oak
Wye Oak may have just surprise-released the excellent Tween, a new mini-album on Merge, but frontwoman Jenn Wasner has now announced her debut full-length album under her Flock of Dimes solo project. She has released music as Flock of Dimes before, but never a full album. Now she has signed to Partisan and announced that an album is coming sometime this year. There’s not much else to go on, beyond a 20-second long teaser trailer, which you can watch below.
Wasner has also designed a signature guitar for Reverend Guitars, which you can check out in the photo above and in more detail over at the Reverend website. Plus she has written an essay about guitars for Medium.
