Frenchkiss Records Announce 20th Anniversary Festival and The Dodos Announce “Visiter” Shows

Frenchkiss Records have announced FKR20, a 20th anniversary show at the Brooklyn venue Elsewhere on October 12. The Dodos are among the artists playing and they’ll be performing their 2008 album Visiter in its entirety at the festival. The Dodos have also announced several other shows where they perform the album (see the dates below). Les Savy Fav, Eleanor Friedberger, and Diet Cig are also set to play FKR20, with more artists to be announced.
Frenchkiss was founded in 1999 by Syd Butler of Les Savy Fav. The label will also be reissuing some albums in honor of their 20th anniversary, starting with The Antlers’ Hospice. Tickets for FKR20 go on sale this Friday, July 26.
