Baltimore-based trio Future Islands announce today the release of “Before The Bridge,” a limited-ediiton 7-inch due out July 19 on Thrill Jockey. A-side “Before The Bridge” was produced by collaborator Chester Endersby Gwazda, who also produced the band’s last full-length, 2010’s In Evening Air. B-side “Find Love” is a summery, dance-happy track that will only be available on the vinyl pressing. Although only 750 hand-numbered copies, with cover art by Washington D.C. artist D’Metrius Rice, will be available for purchase, you can download A-side “Before The Bridge” free of cost courtesy of Stereogum.Pre-order is also available now at Thrill Jockey.
