Soft rockers Gayngs are hitting the road this September for a series of gigs in support of their debut album Relayted.

Typical story for a plucky young upstart, sure. But Gayngs have come out of the gate with a particularly high-profile fan. Apparently Prince was spotted backstage at one of their recent gigs, jamming along to a song on his guitar. And if it’s good enough for “The Purple One”…

The press release promises that, “this fall’s live incarnation will feature different arrangements, instrumentations and will even explore new material.” The band’s live lineup will feature these players:
