Over the holiday weekend Grimes, aka Claire Boucher, took to Twitter to reveal that the follow-up to her 2012 breakthrough Visions will see the light of day this fall sometime in October. Writing that the record will be given a surprise release during the specified month, Boucher also stated that the new LP is largely recorded with “real instruments” and that none of the material follows the same aesthetic sound of her recent standalone singles, “Go” or “REALITi.” Scroll down below to read the full exchange with her followers.
