Grizzly Bear released a new album, Painted Ruins, last August via RCA. It was our Album of the Week and the band were on the cover of our summer 2017 print issue. In addition, Painted Ruins was one of our Top 100 Albums of 2017. Spoon released a new album, Hot Thoughts, back in March 2017 via Matador. It was also one of our Top 100 Albums of 2017. Now the two bands have announced some co-headlining tour dates for this June. The bands are partnering with PLUS1 and donating $1.00 of every ticket on the tour to support the Everytown for Gun Safety Support Fund and its “mission to prevent gun violence and build safer communities.” Check out the dates below, followed by the videos for Grizzly Bear’s “Mourning Sound” and Spoon’s “Do I Have to Talk You Into It.”
