Hundred Waters Announce New Album, Share “Blanket Me”

Communicating Due Out September 14 via OWSLA

Jul 12, 2017 Hundred Waters

Hundred Waters have announced a new album, Communicating, and shared a new song, “Blanket Me.” Communicating is due out September 14 via OWSLA. Check out “Blanket Me” below, followed by the band’s upcoming tour dates.

The trio (vocalist Nicole Miglis, producer Trayer Tryon, and drummer Zach Tetreault), who formed in Gainesville, Florida in 2011, released their sophomore album, The Moon Rang Like a Bell, in 2014. Back in May they released a new song, “Particle,” and a new EP, Currency. A press release says Communicating “raises questions of romantic and non-romantic love, self-realization, growing apart, and finding understanding.”

Miglis had this to say about the album in a press release: “From a broad lens, the album is a breakup. It starts with a need for independence and it ends with an ‘all better,’ like we did it: we learned, we loved, we separated, and now it’s time for the next chapter.”
