Iron & Wine (aka Sam Beam) released a new album, Beast Epic, in August 2017 via Sub Pop and is releasing a new EP, Weed Garden, on August 31 via Sub Pop. It includes songs written for Beast Epic that didn’t end up on that album. Previously he shared its first single, “What Hurts Worse” (which was on honorable mention in our Songs of the Week list). Now he has shared another song from the EP, “Waves of Galveston.” Listen below, followed by Iron & Wine’s upcoming tour dates.
