After shows filled with cheering crowd members backing them on choruses, how does a two-piece bring that energy into the recording process? “Dave and I were in the studio just screaming out as if we were in the audience at our own show” says guitarist/singer Brian King of the Japandroids’ recent recording sessions.
The band’s third album Celebration Rock streets this June via Polyvinyl. This is their first full album since 2009’s Post-Nothing.
