Along with 12 Nobel laureates and 6 Booker prize winners, Faber & Faber has gained something else worth acknowledgement-Jarvis Cocker. The Pulp front-man is the publish house’s new editor-at-large, enabling him to add another title to his list of personae. Faber is releasing Cocker’s debut book “Mother, Brother, Lover” -a collection of his own lyrics accompanied with commentary. Cocker shares that he was “proud, and more than a little excited, to be asked to work with Faber in an editorial capacity.” Jarvis Cocker: Singer, Editor…what other endeavors he has up his sleeve? So much for being one of the common people…
