Kanye West Replaces Frank Ocean as FYF Fest Headliner in Los Angeles This Saturday
Lineup Also Includes Morrissey, Spiritualized, The Jesus and Mary Chain, and More

Kanye West
FYF Fest has just announced that Frank Ocean is dropping out as the headliner for this Saturday night. But they’ve found one hell of a replacement: Kanye West. “Frank Ocean has decided on his own terms to cancel his appearance,” states a press release. General admission two-day passes for $175 are apparently almost sold out and there’s a limited supply $329 VIP passes. The rest of the lineup for the Los Angeles festival includes Morrissey, Spiritualized, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Belle and Sebastian, Mac DeMarco, Neon Indian, Battles, Laura Marling, FKA twigs, Purity Ring, Savages, The Drums, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, and much more. The revised poster is included here. Visit the FYF website for more info on buying the last remaining tickets (which may sell out even faster now that Kanye is on the bill).

I would have to say that the replacement turned out better for them. Kanye West is way bigger than Frank Ocean. I am sure that the fans weren’t upset by it being him instead. I think considering how expensive the tickets were and the fact that the were almost sold out would have had a lot of people very upset. I never had a problem with Kanye like others do. I think he makes a lot of great music and is very talented.
