Liam Gallagher Shares Video for Brand New Solo Song - “Wall of Glass”
As You Were Due Out Later This Year via Warner Bros.

Liam Gallagher
Say what you will about former Oasis singer Liam Gallagher, but he’s got an unmistakable, and simply great, rock ‘n’ roll voice. He had previously announced that he’s releasing his debut solo album, As You Were, later this year (exact release date TBA, although Pitchfork says it’s due in October) via Warner Bros. Now he has shared the album’s first single, “Wall of Glass,” via a video directed by François Rousselet. Our first impression is that the song is probably better than anything Beady Eye (Gallagher’s post-Oasis band) ever put out, so that’s a step in the right direction. The video features lots of footage of Gallagher looking in mirrors, some broken. Watch it below.

One thing I hate about watching Liam and Noel’s solo stuff is people arguing over which songs or brother is better. I don’t think either of them would care enough to shoot for glass replacement dallas tx. People should just shut up and enjoy what you want to. I didn’t really take much notice of Liam since the early oasis days. But I saw a video he made in Brighton to promote his clothing range, pretty green, and the guy is definitely a real dude. I love the mod influences he has. I’m all about that myself and he’s cooler than ever in my eyes. Go on Liam!

I managed to preorder a copy of the 7” single yesterday, I’m really enjoying the song. It has an Oasis vibe, but married with a 2017 chart friendly sound. Smart move. It hit me instantly, but I like it more with repeated listens. I enjoyed Beady Eye, but for me personally, this is much better. I’m glad he’s working with other people to write songs, it sounds like it’s working out. His show last night sounded great, all the new songs sounded good to me. There are some great records coming out this year, but man, having Liam Gallagher back from glass wall systems toronto with a big tune is really exciting. He did his first solo show. Half Oasis and half this album. No Beady. Bonehead guested on one song. First Be Here Now since 1998 and first Slide Way since the final Oasis show.
