Liars’ fifth full-length is slated for an early 2010 release. As described by the press release, the album—titled Sisterworld—takes its inspiration, “from fringe characters lured to LA and the resulting subcultures and alternate spaces that they generate.”
Produced by Tom Biller (Kanye West, Beck, Where The Wild Things Are / Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind soundtracks), Sisterworld is the first Liars album to be recorded in the U.S. since 2004’s They Were Wrong, So We Drowned.
