Aug 20, 2012 The New Pornographers By Mike Hilleary

Recently announcing plans for a follow-up to his 2009 solo album Get Guilty, The New Pornographers’ frontman A.C. Newman has come forth with an official name and release date for the proposed record. Titled Shut Down the Streets, the new full-length effort is out Oct. 9 through Matador. In addition to the new details, Newman has offered up one of its included tracks, the excellent “I’m Not Talking.” Feel free to listen and download the song below.
