Listen: At the Drive-In Share First New Song in 16 Years - “Governed By Contagions”
First Taste of Their First Album Since 2000's Relationship of Command
Dec 08, 2016 At the Drive-In
Post-hardcore band At the Drive-In broke-up in 2001 after the release of 2000’s Relationship of Command. The former members went on to form Mars Volta and Sparta, but At the Drive-In reformed in 2012 for some shows and reunited again earlier this year for a world tour (although guitarist Jim Ward is absent this time). Now the band has shared a new song, “Governed By Contagions,” which is said to be the first taste of a forthcoming album produced by the band’s Omar Rodríguez-Lopez along with Rich Costey. Watch the lyric video below. And you can download the track for free here.
