"Wow" Single Out Now, Untitled New Album Due Out Soon via Capitol

Back in June Beck released a brand new song, “Wow,” and he plans to release an as yet to be titled new album sometime soon via Capitol (it was originally due out next week, but has been pushed back to a TBA date). Previously we’ve been treated to a video for “Wow” and a remix of the song by Mexican Institute of Sound. Now here’s another “Wow” remix, this one by Los Angeles producer TOKiMONSTA. She adds some piano lines and chops up the song in a fun and funky rework. Listen below.
“Wow” followed “Dreams,” a standalone single that was released last year, and “Wow” matches that track’s poppy vibe, sounding more like something from his great 1999 album Midnight Vultures rather than his last album, 2014’s more subdued Morning Phase, which won the Grammy for Album of the Year.
