Angel Deradoorian, perhaps best known as the former bassist/vocalist in Dirty Projectors, last month announced the release of her debut solo album, The Expanding Flower Planet, due out August 21 via Anitcon and to be released simply under her last name. At the time she shared the album’s opening track, “A Beautiful Woman.” A couple of weeks back she then shared a new live video for “A Beautiful Woman.” Now she has shared another song from the album, “The Eye.” Stream it below.

As we reported on earlier, Deradoorian also has some upcoming U.S. tour dates opening for former Stereolab vocalist Laetitia Sadier. Those dates are below again.
