Over the weekend a new song by DIIV was posted to Soundcloud. “Under the Sun” is taken from the band’s somewhat awkwardly titled sophomore album, Is the Is Are, which is due out February 5, 2016 via Captured Tracks.

Back in April DIIV announced that Is the Is Are, their second album, would be coming out this fall. But then it was radio silence until September, when the band shared the brand new song, “Dopamine.” As fall ticked on it did seem like a 2016 release was looking more likely and then the band shared “Bent (Roi’s Song)” and announced a February 2016 release date. That was followed by “Mire (Grant’s Song).”
