Swedish experimental psych-rockers Goat are releasing a new album, Requiem, on October 7 via Sub Pop in the U.S. (and Stranded Records in Nordic countries and Rocket Records in the rest of the world). Previously they had shared the album’s first two singles, “Try My Robe” and “Alarms.” Now they have shared “Union of Mind and Soul,” which is “an alternate-vocal version” of album opener “Union of Sun and Moon.” The new version is available now through digital retailers and will be included in the digital download with the vinyl version of the album. Listen below, followed by the band’s upcoming tour dates. The album is the follow-up to 2014’s Commune.
