Grizzly Bear‘s Ed Droste, Vampire Weekend‘s Rostam Batmanglij and Diplo have collaborated on a newly released track titled “Long Way Home.” Technically a remix of rapper Ty Dolla $ign’s track “Stand For,” the revision replaces the song’s original rhymes with new vocals. Produced by DJ Dahi and Diplo, the latter wrote on his SoundCloud page before taking it down, “it’s about time that indie rock acts started to co-opt rap beats!” Click below to listen.
