On Feb. 18 Guided by Voices will add to their ever-expanding catalogue of work with a brand new album, Motivational Jumpsuit. Today frontman Robert Pollard and his band have debuted the LP’s lead single “Littlest League Possible.” In an interview with Rolling Stone, Pollard says that the song is a metaphor for his lack of desire to compete with other bands, explaining, ““No competition, no pressure, no rules. The way I do things now is an absolute blast. I think one earns it when entering one’s golden years. It also means that you don’t necessarily have to act your age.” Click the stream below to listen.
