Los Angeles based artist Julia Holter recently announced her fourth full-length album, Have You in My Wilderness, which is due out September 25 via Domino. She previously shared the video for album opener “Feel You.” Now she has shared another song from the record, “Sea Calls Me Home.” It’s a truly delightful number that features some endearingly awkward whistling, followed by a sublime sax solo at around the 1:52 mark. It may be one of Holter’s finest compositions to date. Holter describes the song in a press release as such: “‘Sea Calls Me Home’ is about moving away from things that trap you, the scary wonder in discovering freedom.”
