With their impending full-length debut At Home scheduled for release on Sept. 17, Grecian dream pop duo Keep Shelly in Athens have premiered another piece of the record with their new track “Oostende.” Taking its name from a city located on the Belgian coast the song swirls in all manner of sonic textures.
