In the lead-up and aftermath in releasing their excellent new album Banktrupt! earlier this year, Phoenix have seemed to tap every artist under the sun for a exclusive remix treatment of their work. Following various revisionist treatments/covers by Dirty Projectors, Grizzly Bear, Blood Orange, Dinosaur Jr., and most recently R. Kelly of all people, the French four-piece have now allowed L.A. noise pop duo Sleigh Bells to put their own spin on “Chloroform.” Featuring new vocals by Alexis Krauss, the track is available to stream and download below.
