She & Him
Set to release their album of classic covers (cleverly called Classics), on Dec 2 She & Him (a.k.a. Zooey Deschanel and M.Ward) have snapped into promotional mode. Last night, they took their adorable/retro antics to The Tonight Show, where they performed their version of “Stay Awhile” with The Roots.
But wait, there’s more. Act now (or heck, later) and you can also hear the duo’s cover of “Time After Time.” (Er…the Frank Sinatra not Cyndi Lauper version…don’t worry, that was my first thought too.) Catch both the TV and record versions of She & Him below.
