It’s not even Thanksgiving yet and today we’ve already posted a darkly humorous Christmas song by Sparks and a cover of Wham!‘s “Last Christmas” by Carly Rae Jepsen. Now here’s another holiday-themed tune, from YACHT, entitled “Christmas Alone,” which you can stream below.

The song is being released today as part of Indie For the Holidays, a new compilation/playlist put together by Amazon that will stream on Prime Music and available for purchase via Amazon Music. The playlist includes 25 songs by artists such as SOAK, Rogue Wave, Anna von Hausswolff, Ivan & Alyosha, Langhorne Slim, Amason, and others. Some are new original holiday songs, others are covers of holiday classics. The comp includes “Surviving Christmas,” a song about the European refugee crisis by Sondre Lerche and Jherek Bischoff, which we previously posted, and Robert Pollard’s “What Begins on New Years Day” (which neglected to post when it was shared on Monday and is also below). Finally, also below is the full list of artists and songs.
