This March Boise songwriter Trevor Powers, a.k.a. Youth Lagoon, will soon release Wondrous Bughouse, the sophomore follow-up to his 2011 breakthrough debut, The Year of Hibernation. Previewing the new LP Powers has premiered one of the efforts included tracks, a six-minute cut called “Dropla.”
In addition to the free download Powers has announced a series of live performances, including a opening slot for The National at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center. Both the song and the show schedule can be found below.
Wondrous Bughouse comes out March 5 in the U.S. and March 18 in the UK.
