Lower Dens
Lower Dens’ tour van, containing all their gear, was stolen in San Antonio, Texas yesterday. The band took to Twitter to ask for help in tracking down the van and the thieves. It’s a dark blue Ford Econoline 350 with the Maryland license plate 5CF854. In the tweets below there’s a photo of the van. They were scheduled to perform in Austin last night with tour mates Unknown Mortal Orchestra, who also tweeted about the matter. Lower Dens’ latest album, Escape From Evil, came out last year via Ribbon Music.
