Lykke Li
After her recent video drop, it was only a matter of time before Lykke Li came clean regarding the details of her next album. Today, we learned that the Swedish songstress’ second release is called Wounded Rhymes, and will hit record stores March 1st via the musician’s own imprint, LL Recordings.
The Youth Novels follow-up was helmed by Peter Bjorn and John’s Bjorn Ytting. The press release describes the eleven song effort as, “Channeling the demise of The Shangri-La’s Leader of the Pack, women under the influence, ladies and gentlemen of the canyon, a Kung-fu Marianne Faithful, and an armed Nancy Sinatra on peyote.”
Li is road testing her material as well. Check out the dates below.
