M. Ward released a new album, More Rain, last month via Merge. Now he’s shared a video for More Rain track “I’m Listening (Child’s Theme).” Carlos Foster directed the pretty clip, which is very impressionistic in nature. Watch it below. Ward has also announced some more tour dates. His full touring schedule is also below.

More Rain is Ward’s eighth album (not including his collaborations with Zooey Deschanel as She & Him nor the album with supergroup Monsters of Folk) and is the follow-up to 2012’s A Wasteland Companion. The album features Neko Case, R.E.M.‘s Peter Buck, K.D. Lang, The Secret Sisters, and Joey Spampinato of NRBQ.

Previously Ward had shared the album’s first single, “Girl From Conejo Valley,” as well as a strange video for the song. That was followed by another song from the record, the religious-themed “Confession.”
