Mac DeMarco has shared two new songs, “She’s My Sweet” and “Fuck the Tornado Raptors.” They were released via a YouTube video entitled “Met Gala - Red Carpet 7 inch” and the video’s description jokes that they were recorded “on the red carpet at the Met Gala” (which was last night). Neither song should be taken seriously. The Toronto Raptors lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers last night, thus knocking them out of the NBA playoffs. The songs feature members of DeMarco’s backing band, as well as members of Homeshake, DIIV, and Mozart’s Sister. Listen to them below.
