A week before its proper release, Metric‘s upcoming new album Synthetica has been made available to stream in full online. The band is currently on tour in support of the anticipated fifth LP, which was recorded at Toronto’s Grant Studios and New York’s Electric Lady Studios and produced by the band’s own Jimmy Shaw. In addition to the tour the four-piece have also announced a select number of “fans-only” performances that will take place at the end of the month, including stop at New York’s Music Hall of Williamsburg on June 13, San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall June 19, and Los Angeles’ El Rey Theater on June 20. Registration for these shows will take place on Metric’s website later this week.
