Mew to Release Lengthiest-Titled Album of the Year and Announce Summer Tour
A Tour with NIN Followed by Album Release--Just Enough Time to Say the Title
May 15, 2009 Mew
Come summer, Danish post-rock band Mew will be releasing its lengthily titled new album—which is the third one to be released in America and which was recorded last summer in Brooklyn, NY—on August 25th. The entire title reads:
No more stories
Are told today
I’m sorry
They washed away
No more stories
The world is grey
I’m tired
Let’s wash away
Preceding the album’s release, Mew will also be releasing an EP entitled No More Stories which comes out June 30th. While it includes three B-sides, it also boasts two tracks from the album, and if you opt to buy the EP digitally, iTunes will offer their standard Complete-My-Album option beginning August 25th.
