First there was Jigga’s new hair do and then “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)” (which debuted on Billboard’s Hot 100 at No. 24). And now this? According to this Reuters news piece, the psychedelic synth duo MGMT will be one of the many musicians appearing on Jay-Z‘s upcoming, long-awaited LP, The Blueprint 3. (Via Stereogum)
The Blueprint 3 drops September 11th on RocNation/Atlantic. According to that same Reuters report, other guests will include Rihanna, Kid Cudi, Drake and Mr. Hudson, and the album will feature production from Timbaland, Kanye West and No I.D., who manned the boards for “D.O.A.”
