MGMT Perform on Jimmy Kimmel Live
Play New Single "Congratulations" and Old Number "The Handshake"

MGMT stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live Monday night and performed two tracks. The first, the title track from this year’s Congratulations, is easily the least commercial single the band have released to date, a pensive ballad light years removed from the electro rave-ups that made Oracular Spectacular a worldwide smash hit. The second track was a deep cut culled from Oracular, “The Handshake,” which ties in nicely thematically with “Congratulations,” as it’s another austere, introspective number.
